It is an undisputed fact that physical activities help in promoting individual’s health and healthy living, especially in this sophisticated world. Participating in physical activities is considered as fulfilling a domain of the healthy lifestyles. Physical activity is a particular manifestation of a cultural leisure form. It has become one of the most important parts of an individual as it helps toward the development of personality and social domain. In the 21st century, however, everyday life offers fewer opportunities for physical activity and the resultant sedentary life styles have serious consequences for public health (Cavill, N., Kahlmeier, S., & Racioppi, F. 2006).Physical activity seems to be disappearing from from life.
